The boundaries between the areas of application for studio technology and software and hardware in the fields of production, broadcasting and recording are becoming increasingly blurred. Through changing production circumstances, the subjects of production, broadcasting and recording are growing in significance for musicians. High-quality computers, software and hardware (consoles, microphones, cameras, etc.) are becoming progressively easier to operate, can be transported more easily and are, depending on the user’s requirements, more affordable. Additionally, internet marketing, e.g., via Youtube, Facebook and MySpace, is now an interesting tool for semi-professional musicians who can use it to draw ‘worldwide’ attention to their own bands.
Thus, the products and services for the fields of production, broadcasting and recording are not only used by musicians and consumers on the Musikmesse side but also by hire studios and professional studio engineers on the Prolight + Sound side.
This situation is also reflected by the presentation of products and services at Musikmesse and Prolight + Sound – a good reason to provide a special Quickfinder for these interesting subjects, in which exhibitors of both fairs – Musikmesse and Prolight + Sound – are represented. Visit Halls 5.1, 6.1 and 8.0 and gain inspiration from the many new products for your own productions and musical projects.
Visitors can obtain the Quickfinder from all information stands during Musikmesse and Prolight + Sound.
