During Musikmesse 2013, the Musikbiz Area, which used to be in Hall 4.1, will be integrated into the Musikbiz Lounge & Congress Area. The exhibition and congress area will be located in Hall ‘Harmonie’ of Congress Centre Messe Frankfurt and, with this addition, underscore its position as the meeting place for the music industry at the fair. . With this move, Musikmesse expects to integrate participants from the business even better into this segment to ensure greater interaction and an improved exchange of information and knowledge.
With a range of seminars, lectures and matchmaking events, the Musikbiz Congress offers a wide range of opportunities for finding out about new music-marketing options, rights exploitation and copyright issues. In 2013 will be a more extensive programme of panel discussions and workshops than in 2012.
The Musikbiz Lounge is the central meeting point in ‘Saal Harmonie’ of Congress Centre Messe Frankfurt. This is where companies from the music industry make presentations and have the chance to exchange ideas and opinions in a relaxed atmosphere. The Musikbiz Lounge & Congress Area can be reached straight from Hall 5.1 and will be open on all four days of Musikmesse 2013.
